Where It Began
Born from a simple question.
It started at a specialty café counter, reading a flavoured-coffee label: “natural flavourings.” What exactly was in there? Weeks of phone calls later, the answer was unsettling — alcohol-based extracts are everywhere in the coffee industry, and almost nobody discloses them.
So we decided to build something better: a coffee company where certification isn't a sticker, it's the architecture. Since our first 5 kg roaster, we've grown into a roastery trusted by cafés and homes in more than 35 countries — without ever compromising the standard that started it all.
Today, every HalalBrew product is traceable from farm gate to your front door. That's not marketing. That's the whole point.
